Create a Strategy-Focused Organization
The CLCI’s process of ‘Creating a Strategy-Focused
Organization’ is built around the five principles
propounded by Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton, the
creators of the Balanced Scorecard.
-
Mobilizing Change through
Executive Leadership
-
Translating Strategy into
Operational Terms
-
Aligning the Organization to the
Strategy
-
Making Strategy Everyone’s
Everyday Job
-
Making Strategy a Continual
Process
CLCI has been able to perfect the
process after field testing it in consulting workshops
with many of their clients. The procedure is supported
by an easy-to-follow model, templates, slide
presentations and a workbook.
In a series of facilitated workshops and follow-up
sessions, CLCI’s highly experienced consultants work
very closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of
the client throughout the various stages of consulting
to help the clients:
Stage 1: Designing the Strategy
Stage 2: Translating Strategy into Balanced Scorecard
Stage 3: Implementing the Strategy
CLCI consultants work closely with the Senior Leadership
Team of the client's organization to help them decide on
the strategic direction and to create the strategic
plan. After designing the strategy, we work with the
client to translate the strategy into operational terms
using the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard. In the
third stage, CLCI facilitates implementation of the
strategy throughout the organization.
While working with the CLCI consultants, the Senior
Leadership Team as well as the Management Groups is
appreciative of the importance of strategy planning and
the steps involved in implementing it, to become a
Strategy-Focused Organization.
The reward for our clients is the well-earned label:
‘A
Strategy-Focused Organization’. |
