Mansoor Osmani, BSc, CCP, CMC

Mansoor Osmani, President of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has more than 30 years of International corporate experience. He is a Certified Management Consultant and an IT and Business graduate from Concordia University, Montreal. He is also a certified facilitator from Covey Leadership Center in USA. He has provided strategic planning services for Information Technology and Human Capital Development to organizations including IBM and DOMTAR. Mansoor's focus is on strategic planning, performance measurement and management systems using the balanced scorecard, organizational alignment, individual leadership and project management. He has presented technical talks and papers at International conferences like SEARC.

At CLCI, he is passionate about building High Performance Organizations (HPO) and has facilitated the transformation process at various organizations recently. His clients have included Saudi Arabian Airlines, SIPCHEM, Zuhair Fayez Partnership, Turner Construction, Xenal, Veridian, CMA Ontario and many others. He works closely with various CLCI partners in North America to facilitate the implementation of Strategic Planning; Performance Measurement and Management Systems and Talent Management. He is actively involved in organization development, project management and expansion of CLCI in National and International markets.
 


Aslam Ali, MBA

Aslam Ali, Vice President of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has more than 40 years of rich and extensive corporate experience to help clients transform their businesses into High Performance Organizations. At CLCI he co-facilitates The Executive Network (TEN) forum along with his consulting and administrative responsibilities. During his 28 years with IBM Pakistan, he acquired professional, management and leadership experience in the fields of IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Communications, Advertising and general business. He was the CFO for 8 years before proceeding to IBM Europe Headquarters in Paris with responsibilities in Finance and HR for the Middle East. On his return from Paris, Aslam was instrumental in driving the country’s marketing strategies as well as incentive and sales plans with strong focus on solutions for key industries and large accounts.

After taking early retirement from IBM, he joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan as the Executive Director, where he helped in the transformation of the professional body from a public sector organization to be at par with leading international organizations. Later, Aslam managed a newly developed Country Club for five years and was instrumental in transforming the Club into a world-class resort with superb golf course as well as residential, business and host of complementing facilities. In his last assignment in Pakistan as Secretary General of American Business Council of Pakistan, he significantly improved the profile of the Council and greatly enhanced the close working relationship with top Government officials and with the US Ambassador and his team


Roshan Sapra, MBA, CMA, C. Dir.

Roshan Sapra, Chief Operating Officer of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International (CLCI), has over 30 years in various Executive and Directorship positions. His experience encompasses 12 years in the Financial, Health Care & Insurance Sectors, 7 years in the Petrochemical Industry and Private Practice, and 11 years in the Retail & Wholesale industries. Most recently he was Managing Director and Vice President of AIC Global Holdings Inc.; as well as served on various boards as Director, Secretary, Treasurer and 2nd Vice Chair for various companies through out the Caribbean and Canada.

Roshan’s expertise lies in governance, financial and strategic management. His experience in dealing within various cultural venues and initiatives in the Middle East, Caribbean and Canada have enhanced his value and presence on any international project. In the Middle East, Roshan worked for 2 years as Project Accountant with Equate Petrochemical – a joint venture between Union Carbide and Kuwait Petrochemical – in managing their governance, audit and funding requirements. His qualifications include two undergraduate degrees (Economics and Finance), an Executive MBA, Certified Management Accountant designation (CMA) and more recently the Chartered Director Designation (C. Dir.).


Hugh Coppen

Hugh, Senior Consultant of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International (CLCI) has over thirty years of leadership experience at many levels in diverse industries such as consumer packaged goods, entertainment, energy, brewing, retailing and advertising. In his highly successful career he has been CEO of three different private and public companies. In his consulting career, he has coached senior leaders and their teams in even more diverse industries such as banking, airline catering, life insurance, aerospace, entertainment, health care and economic development. His uniquely broad management expertise is built on leadership roles in manufacturing, marketing, strategic development and management consulting.

Presently, Hugh’s passion is to provide international leadership development and change management consultancy focused on executive coaching, leadership team development and on aligning leadership action with strategic purpose. Prior to this, he was CEO of Digital Communications Technologies, Inc. in the U.S. and CEO of West Coast Video in the U.K. In Canada, he served as CEO of VTR Video Inc., a subsidiary of Standard Broadcasting Corporation, as an executive consultant to Molson Breweries, as Vice President of marketing at ICG Corporation, as VP/General Manager of two branches of McKim Advertising, as a group brand manager and regional sales manager at General Foods Ltd. and as the managing partner of a family property and investment company, owning and operating a 3,000 acre mixed farm in Zimbabwe.

Hugh is an accomplished and entertaining keynote speaker and presenter at industry groups and conferences. He has written numerous articles for industry publications. Born in the UK, Hugh grew up in Zimbabwe and graduated with a BA in Law from the University of Cape Town before starting his career in the UK and then moving to Canada. He now divides his time between Canada and Northern California, serving clients on both sides of the border.


Minhaj A. Qidwai, M.B.B.S. (M.D.), M.P.H., M.B.A.

Minhaj is a Senior Consultant at CLCI. He has more than 25 years of international experience in diverse industries like Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial. He has rich experience of Teaching and Training in Healthcare, Sales and Marketing, Research, Human Capital Development, & Quality Management. He was the pioneer in establishing the concept of “Ethics Committees” in Hospitals and initiating the M.B.A. Program for Healthcare Professionals in South Asia. His Marketing and Management experience ranges from Project Management, Total Quality Management, and Strategic Planning.

At CLCI, he is focused on business development and helping the clients in their transformation to High Performance Organizations. In the past, he has worked for the organizations like Aga Khan University Hospital, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, Indus Pharma, Global Educational Marketing Corporation, and others. His voluntary contributions include working for Children Cancer Foundation, Canadian Association of Management Consultants, HIV-AIDS Society-Peel Health Region, Canadian Cancer Society-Mississauga Chapter and others. He devotes his time helping organizations.

Minhaj is a medical graduate, with Masters in Public Health and Business Administration from USA. He is a member of Canadian Association of Management Consultants, Canadian International Council, and Mississauga Board of Trade. He has a flair for Journalism and contributed several articles in the area of Healthcare, Politics, and Religion. His community services include mentoring of new comers to Canada.


Derek Spence, BSc, MBA

Derek Spence, Senior Consultant of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has more than 15 years experience in senior management positions spanning many industries from pharmaceuticals to consumer services and packaged goods. His experience has been in areas of strategy, organizational change, sales and marketing and operations. Derek’s organizational effectiveness work benefits from a solid ability to understand the dynamics of human interaction in achieving business success. Hands on experience and proven results enable Derek to analyze the organization from all aspects recognizing that execution on the shop floor is as important as boardroom direction. Derek has coached and trained over 500 salespeople, managers and executives and has supported organizations in developing and implementing sales management systems. His clients have included Proctor and Gamble, Elizabeth Arden, Glaxo-SmithKline, Shoppers Drug Mart and Wal-Mart.


Ian Moody

Ian Moody, Senior Consultant of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has over 25 years experience in senior management positions. He has worked on leadership and management programs with a diverse international client base. He has designed and delivered training programs with particular emphasis on increasing the professional credibility and applying ‘best practices’.

Ian has set up and developed various highly profitable companies and has specific experience in creating exit strategy. His practical knowledge of strategic development and operational management coupled with a strong sales and marketing emphasis allows Ian’s clients to benefit from a ‘real life’ approach to his consultancy and training assignments. His core expertise lies in the areas of planning and communication at all levels of the organization His clients have included PWC, Deloitte Touche Tomatsu. KMPG, BlackBerry, Grafton Group, BUPA, BNY Mellon, Barclays Bank Plc, Smith Group, Levis Strauss, Sears Group, BT plc, IBM.

His academic qualifications include a BA and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK. His professional qualifications include certification in all 6 levels by the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM), UK.


Phil Ingle

Phil Ingle, Senior Consultant of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has over 30 years of corporate experience. He was with Barclays Bank for more than 20 years, running training projects across a variety of areas including Lending, Management, High Net-Worth Clients and Regulated Sales. He has also been a Retail Bank Manager and therefore has experience of both day-to-day and strategic financial issues. For the last 10 years he is using his expertise to be a creative trainer and management consultant.

He has designed and delivered training and management programs in a wide range of organizations including banks, insurance companies, defense contractors, legal services, pharmaceutical companies and a variety of other manufacturing businesses and service related sectors. He has advised clients on take-over’s, provided coaching and leadership skills, and trained Company Directors on their compliance responsibilities.

Phil’s qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield University, and he is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). He also holds the Financial Planning Certificate, is Level A qualified in Psychometric Testing through the British Psychological Society, and a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In addition he is a Member of the Institute of Directors, The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, The Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Professional Speakers Association.


Jaleel Rahman, BA, PGD

Jaleel Rahman, Executive Director and Senior Consultant of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International, has more than 28 years experience in marketing and management. Having lived and worked in the Middle East for most of his work life, he understands the culture and local business environment. He has expertise in establishing strategic partnerships between international companies and local business partners. He brings with him a high degree of business acumen with extensive experience in marketing and senior management.

He has diverse background in real estate and automotive industry, sales and marketing, investments and people management with organizations like Al Ghurair in UAE, Al Husseini Corporation and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This experience in conjunction with strong business development and corporate skills is key to his identifying the area needing attention in an organization and suggesting quick fix and long term solutions. His specialty is strategic planning, product and human resource development and product launches, especially with his degrees in Economics and Business management and grounding in international trade and business development.


Gul Sheikh, MBA, MA (PM), LL.B (G), Dip Ad & PR

Gul Sheikh, Consultant: Performance Improvement Practices of The Corporate L.I.F.E.™ Centre International Inc, has over 35 years experience in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Corporate Training, Organization Development, and Strategy and Balanced Scorecard. He is presently involved in developing material and offering consulting on strategy and balanced scorecard development and deployment in CLCI’s client organizations.

In his last employment with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (ARAMCO) in Saudi Arabia, Gul was one of the Leadership & Organization Development Consultants responsible for preparing the workforce for the future. He was also responsible for designing Strategies and deploying the Balanced Scorecards to transform several departments into “Strategy Focused Organizations”. Earlier, he was employed as Employment Advisor – International Recruiting in the same company. Gul was also the Secretary of the Innovations Committee where he designed the rewards and recognition scheme for innovative ideas. He also helped in the roll out of a SAP-based Performance Appraisal System. Earlier, Gul worked in managerial positions in the Indian subsidiaries of Toyo Engineering, Japan, Wyman Gordon, and Corning Glass, USA, where he was primarily responsible for Industrial Relations functions.

Gul has attended several management courses in USA, UK, Middle East and India and holds Facilitator Licenses from several US companies.
