I am pleased to invite you to a special TEN™ meeting with featured guest speaker Mansoor Osmani who will be discussing Building High Performance Organizations.

Mansoor is a senior consultant with a passion to help clients transform their business into High Performance Organizations. He works with the client's senior leadership team to identify business gaps in the organization's strategy, design and culture and provide solutions for strategy and its implementation.

Mansoor's focus is on strategic planning, performance measurement and management systems using the balanced scorecard and talent management. He has worked with many major organizations in Canada and internationally to facilitate the transformation process.

To further support the CEO’s and business owners in their leadership role, CLCI has established a forum for the Chief Executives called “The Executive Network” (TEN™) which acts as a peer advisory group and networking association.

The TEN™ forum offers members the unique opportunity to step back from day-to-day business pressures, take a more global perspective and focus on the critical issues of running their business and enables members to provide and receive invaluable feedback from a diverse group of business owners belonging to a wide variety of industries.

The best way to determine if TEN™ is right for you is to take the opportunity to personally experience the TEN™ process and its benefits. Accordingly, I would like to invite you to a special session for prospective TEN™ members on Tuesday September 30th, 2008 at CLCI. This session will start at 12:30 pm with a working lunch and networking opportunities.

The agenda is spread over 3 hours and will cover the Objectives and Format of the TEN™ meetings as well as the Role and Responsibilities of TEN™ Members and CLCI. We will also invite a couple of our existing TEN™ members to participate in this session to share their personal experience of the TEN™ meetings.
